Investigations: packaging an artwork
For Christian Marclay’s Investigations (2018), I was tasked with designing the box that holds the score for this artwork featuring an experimental musical piece. The score consists of 100 photographs of hands playing the piano, intended to be interpreted by a large ensemble of pianists. My design features a black box with a timeless white font, reflecting the minimalist yet profound nature of the artwork.
PACKAGING DESIGN

Drawing inspiration from the minimalism of the score itself, I aimed for a clean, modern aesthetic that would complement the work's experimental nature. The black box, paired with a timeless white font, was chosen to evoke a sense of elegance and simplicity in contrast to the artworks complexity and depth.
